SATURDAYS

YIN YANG FLOW

10-11:15am

Join me for a Yin Yang inspired flow every Saturday morning. We’ll warm up the body with mindful breath or meditation practices, followed by longer Yin Stretches. Then, we’ll turn on our fire by flowing quickly, activating our core and getting on a great sweat. All poses are taught as open level, so you can build the right practice for you whether you are just starting out on your yoga journey or a regular practitioner.

THURSDAYS

SLOW FLOW

7-8pm

Join me for a slow flow every Thursday evening morning. The slower pace allows us time to connect with our breath and alignment. Poses are taught with options for modifications to ease into the pose or increase intensity for challenge-seekers. All poses are taught as open level, so you can build the right practice for you whether you are just starting out on your yoga journey or a regular practitioner.
